Lowering Depth × HP35 Specifications HP35, our trailer-mounted under-bridge access unit, comes equipped with enough hardware and capabilities to service more than 1,000 square feet of under-bridge area with one deck placement. With its maximum drop depth of more than 18 ft. (5.54 m) and platform extension of 35 ft. (10.67 m), the HP35 can easily reach across most bridges with two to three lanes of traffic. The HP35 is powered by an 18HP V-twin gas engine, an ample size for its entire hydraulic system. It includes our patented Tower Separation System (TSS), allowing access across sidewalks and railings. In addition, our specially-designed crossover platform remains horizontal at all times, making access to the platform from the deck safe and secure. But that doesn’t mean it’s small. It’s built to handle super-size projects. With its maximum drop depth of over 20 ft. (6.16 m) and platform extension of 43 ft. (13.10 m), the HPT43 will allow you access to more than 1,700 square feet of under-bridge area in a single placement. At a total weight of 45,000 lbs. (20,412 kg), the HPT43 provides enormous natural stability. It is powered by a cost-efficient 30kW silenced diesel generator with hydraulic pump, with PTO backup from the truck engine. Our patented Tower Separation System (TSS), provides easy access over sidewalks and railings. The horizontal-always crossover platform makes access between platform and deck easy regardless of platform height or extension. But, you know, you should be equally impressed we offer a 66-foot truck-mounted platform that can drop 22 feet and cover 4,100 square-feet of under-bridge area in one placement. Can you imagine the labor and time involved covering that same area with scaffolding? The HPT66 will have your crew at work 15 minutes after you've positioned it on the bridge and begun to deploy the platform! To give an indication of the power of our 30kW silenced diesel generator with hydraulic pump that drives the HPT43's platform, it can also maneuver the HPT66's 55,000-lb platform that weighs an additional five tons. As with the HPT43, the HPT66 offers PTO (Power Take Off) backup from the truck-engine.
